Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na edukaci klientů-stomiků jak pečovat o stomii,namáhanou kůži a naučit je správný postup při výměně stomické pomůcky.Cílem je zjistit,jaká je soběstačnost klientů po propuštění z nemocnice a jaká je jejich informovanost o režimových opatřeních.K zjištění výsledků jsem použila anonymní dotazník,který je zpracován do tabulek a grafů.Výsledky nás seznamují se soběstačností …more
