Organizational Culture and its Connection to the Organizational Structure

Abstract:

Práce popisuje organizační strukturu a analyzuje organizační kulturu v konkrétní organizaci. Hledá vazby, které tyto dvě oblasti navzájem propojují, a nalézá je v normách chování. Identifikuje společné faktory sdílených hodnot, norem chování a pojmenovává je pomocí vhodné typologie kultury. Navrhuje společná opatření, která by ve zkoumané organizaci jednak eliminovaly negativní dopady roztříštěnosti hodnot a norem chování jednotlivých členů, a zároveň více využily jejich pozitiv, tj. kompaktnosti hodnot a norem chování. To vše za účelem snazšího řízení organizace a efektivnějšího naplňování společných cílů organizace.

Abstract:

The work describes the organizational structure and analyze the organizational culture in a particular organization. Searches ties that these two areas interlink and finds them in the standards of behavior. Identifies common factors shared values, norms of behavior and identifies them with appropriate typologies of culture. Proposes joint measures that would considered organization secondly eliminate the negative effects of fragmentation of values and norms of behavior of individual members, as well as better utilize their strengths, ie. Compactness values and norms of behavior. All this in order to facilitate efficient management of the organization and the shared goals of the organization.

Abstract:

Meine Arbeit beschreibt die Organisationsstruktur und analysiert der Organisationskultur in der konkreten Firma. Sie führt so durch, damit es möglich ist zwischen diesen zwei Gebieten eine Verbindung zu finden, die sie miteinander verbindet. Diese Verbindungen findet sie in Verhaltensnormen. Gemeinsame Faktoren der geteilten Verhaltenswerten und Normen identifizieren, sie in die passende Typologie der Kultur einordern. Wirksame Maßnahmen vorzuschlagen, die in der geforschen Organisationsstruktur einerseits negative Einschläge der Zersplitterung von Verhaltenswerten und Normen der einzelnen Organisationsmitglieder eliminieren und andererseits Ihre Positive, d.H. die Kompletheit der Werten und Verhaltensnormen mehr ausnützen. Das alles zum Zweck der einfachern Organisationsführung der effektiveren Erfüllung von gemeinsamen Zielen der Organisation.
