Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovného a dlouhodobého ošetřovného jako dávek nemocenského pojištění. Pozornost je zaměřena především na podmínky vzniku nároku na dávky, důsledky v pracovněprávních vztazích a postupu v řízení o dávkách ošetřovného a dlouhodobého ošetřovného. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of attendance allowance and long-term attendance allowance as sickness insurance benefits. The focus is mainly on the conditions of entitlement to benefits, the consequences in employment relations and the procedure for these benefits.
