Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na asistovanou reprodukci nejen z hlediska právního, ale také medicínského a etického. Nachází se zde výčet několika pojmů a nejvyužívanějších i méně užívaných metod. V právní části se zabývá zákony, které tuto problematiku upravují v České republice a dále také v Rakousku. This bachelors work is focused on assisted reproduction not only from legal but also from medical and etical point of view. There is enumeration of a few names and the most frequently used and less used methodes. In the legal part the work is engaged in legislation, where this problems are regulated, in Czech republic and then in Austria as well.
