Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na dění spojené s italskými emigranty v období první světové války, konkrétně na území politického okresu Velké Meziříčí. V květnu 1915 byly nuceně přesunuty desetitisíce obyvatel z Jižního Tyrolska kvůli válce, která začala mezi Rakouskem-Uherskem a Itálií. Přes 1 300 Italů bylo vystěhováno i na Velkomeziříčsko. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the events related to Italian emigrants during the First World War, specifically in the territory of the political district of Velké Meziříčí. In May 1915, tens of thousands of residents were forcibly relocated from South Tyrol due to the war that had erupted between Austria-Hungary and Italy.
