Diplomová práce se zabývá daňovou problematikou na území České republiky, nelegální činností s tímto spojenou a následnými opatřeními státního aparátu. Jsou zde uvedeny konkrétní daňové úniky, které se nejvíce praktikují. Abstract:
The thesis deals with tax issues and illegal activities associated therewith in the Czech Republic, including measures of the state apparatus. They are given specific tax breaks that are most practiced. I distinguish the concepts of tax evasion and tax optimization, hence illegal and legal tax evasion.
