Abstract:
Protein FSTL1 (follistatin like 1) je sekretovaný glykoprotein exprimovaný primárně v kosterním a srdečním svalu a tukové tkáni a je velmi silně exprimován za patologických podmínek. Toho se v praxi využívá při testování raného záchytu vývoje srdečního selhání. The FSTL1 (follistatin like 1) protein is a secreted glycoprotein expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscle and adipose tissue, and it is strongly expressed under pathological conditions.
