Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza trendů ve financování bytových potřeb klientů v České republice. V jejím úvodu jsou charakterizovány nejčastější formy financování bydlení reprezentované hypotečními úvěry, úvěry ze stavebního spoření a spotřebitelskými úvěry na bydlení. The subject of this thesis is the analysis of trends in financing the housing needs of clients in the Czech Republic. They are characterized by the most common forms of housing finance represented by mortgage loans, construction loans and consumer loans in the introduction.
