Abstract:
V úvodních kapitolách práce byla shrnuta základní charakteristika Downova syndromu, jeho vznik a možnosti jeho diagnostiky. Lidé s Downovým syndromem mají vždy různý stupeň mentální retardace s charakteristickými zdravotními komplikacemi a pro ně typickou fyziognomií. Další kapitola práce je věnována kazuistice. In the opening chapters the work summarized the basic characteristics of Down syndrome, the emergence and possibilities of diagnostics. People with Down syndrome have different degrees of mental retardation with characteristic medical complications and typical physiognomy. One of the chapters of the thesis is devoted to case report.
