Analysis of labour turnover
Abstract:
Tato práce analyzuje příčiny fluktuace zaměstnanců a jejich vzory chování s využitím metod Data Miningu. Tedy z jakých důvodů pracovníci z organizací odcházejí a na jaké zaměstnance by si měla dát firma pozor a pečlivě zvážit, zda je má zaměstnat. Analýza je realizována podle metodologie CRISP-DM. V práci jsou popsány její jednotlivé etapy a dána doporučení, kterými by se měla organizace řídit.
Abstract:
This work analyzes the causes of employee turnover and their behavior patterns by using Data Mining techniques. So from what reasons employees leave the organization and provides some knowledge to organization how to avoid some problematical workers or how to correctly choose the right ones.
