Poznatky o genetické determinaci biosyntézy chlorofylu u Arabidopsis thaliana

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky o biosyntéze chlorofylu se zaměřením na modelový objekt Arabidopsis thaliana. Uvedeny jsou informace týkající se enzymologie, genetické determinace a regulace enzymů a jiných součástí tohoto procesu. Krátce je také zmíněno ovlivnění úrovně exprese některých jaderných genů meziprodukty biosyntézy chlorofylu, související se signalizací z chloroplastů do jádra.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis summarizes knowledge about chlorophyll biosynthesis, and is focused on model object Arabidopsis thaliana. Information about enzymology, genetic determination and regulation of enzymes and other components of this process are given.
