Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirickou povahu. Jejím tématem je organizační struktura a obsahuje čtyři kapitoly. První dvě se věnují teoretickému zpracování organizace práce a organizační struktury. Je zde popsán vývoj organizování ve společnostech, jednotlivé typy organizační struktury, kterými jsou funkcionální, divizionální, smíšený (hybridní), maticový a procesní. Dalé jsou organizační struktury rozděleny podle pravomocí na liniové, štábní, liniově-štábní. Rozebírá se také komunikace v organizaci, pracovní skupina a pracovní tým. Empirické část i se věnují zbylé dvě kapitoly. Je představena společnost LEGO Group a její respondenti. Věnuje se šetření formou dotazníků, aby se zjistili případné nedostatky v organizační struktuře. V závěru je uvedeno shrnutí celé práce a možné doporučení pro společnost LEGO Group.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis has the teoretical and the empirical part. The theme of the thesis is the organizational structure and it is divided into four chapters. The first two chapters are devoted to the theoretical elaboration on work organization and organizational structures. The development of organization in companies is described, also with different types of organizational structures which are functional, divisional, mixed (hybrid),matrix and process. Furthermore the organizational structures are divided by the competences to line, staff, line-staff. The communication in the organization, working group and working team are analyzed. The empirical part is covered in the remaining two chapters. The LEGO Group and it‘s respondents are introduced. In order to identify any possible issues in the organizational structure the data were gathered by the questionnaire research. There is a summary and possible recommendations for the LEGO Group company at the end of the thesis.
