Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá interpretací práva, a to především jejími metodami. Kromě jejich jednotlivého popisu se ale snaží i postihnout, zda mezi nimi existují funkční vazby, vztahy nadřízenosti a podřízenosti, tedy jistá hierarchie.
