Táto dipomová práca sa zaoberá vyššou mocou a hardship ako okolnosťami vylučujúcimi zodpovednosť. Prvá časť práce je zameraná na teoretický pohľad na oba tieto pojmy a ich ponímanie ako v rȏznych národných právnych úpravách, tak aj na medzinárodnej úrovni.
