Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá time-managementem a self-managementem manažerů ve společnosti Decathlon. Cílem závěrečné práce je na základě smíšeného výzkumu zanalyzovat aktuální stav time-managementu a self-managementu manažerů společnosti, následně identifikovat nedostatky a nabídnout soubor řešení pro jejich odstranění. This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of time-management and self-management of managers in Decathlon. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of time-management and self-management of the company's managers based on mixed research, and then to identify the shortcomings and offer a set of solutions to eliminate them.
