Obsahem této práce je zhodnocení systému odměňování obchodních lídrů společnosti AVON Cosmetics, spol. s r.o., jejich motivace a dosažené výsledky v průběhu jednoho kvartálního období. Bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření spokojenosti obchodních lídrů se systémem odměňování a hodnocení. The content of this work is an evaluation of the remuneration system of sales leaders of AVON Cosmetics, spol., with their rhythm, their motivation and the results achieved during one quarter period.
