Communication and Human Typology

Abstract:

Spojení komunikace a typologie člověka může přinést prospěch hlavně společnostem a jejich zaměstnancům. Diplomová práce se proto zaměří na zkoumání firemní komunikace a posuzování, zda-li by ve firemní komunikaci měla hrát podstatnou roli typologie člověka. Bude zde snaha prokázat, že poznání typologie člověka, jakožto zaměstnance, může vést k efektivní komunikaci ve firmě. Zároveň zde bude snaha prokázat, že správné umístění zaměstnance podle typologie na správnou pozici může vést k maximalizaci užitku firmy a tím větší pracovní efektivnosti. Součástí výzkumu diplomové práce bude provedení analýzy názorů zaměstnanců velké národní společnosti na jejich typologii formou MBTI testu a následně porovnání se souborem otázek týkajících se jejich dosavadních pozic v zaměstnání.

Abstract:

The combination of communication and human typology can benefit mainly companies and their employees. This thesis will focus on exploration and assessment of corporate communications, whether the human typology should play a significant role in the corporate communication or not. There will be an effort to demonstrate that knowledge of human typology, can lead to effective communication within the company. At the same time, there will be an effort to demonstrate, that the correct location of employees to the correct position, according to their typology, can lead to the maximization of corporate benefits and to the higher work efficiency. Part of the research will be an analysis of the employee‘s opinions on their typology using MBTI test and then compared with a set of questions relating to their current positions.
