Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Emoce ve vnitropodnikové komunikace podniků” si klade za cíl analyzovat vliv emocí na vnitropodnikovou komunikací a následně na pracovní spokojenost. Na základě komunikačních faktorů jsou navrhnuta opatření k posílení pozitivních emocí na pracovišti, posí-lení komunikačních kanálů, čímž dojde ke zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti. The diploma thesis "Emotions in internal communication of Businesses" aims to analyze the in-fluence of emotions in communication of Business and subsequently on job satisfaction.
