The Analysis of the Visitors' Satisfaction with Complimentary Services of Zoological Garden
Abstract:
Průzkum spokojenosti zákazníků se službami zoologické zahrady se zaměřením na služby doplňkového charakteru. Jedná se především o oblast stravování, služeb pro rodiče s dětmi a všeobecně zázemí pro návštěvníky. Z vyhodnocených informací budou vypracovány závěry a doporučení pro další zlepšování daných služeb.
Abstract:
A research on the visitors' satisfaction with offer of zoological garden focused on the complimentary based services. The work covers especially an area of visitors' alimentation, services for families with children and generally all the facilities for the visitors.
