Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou tradičních restaurací v centru Prahy. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy pohostinství a tradice, následně je zde nastíněna historie pohostinství a vybrané zvyky a tradice v gastronomii. This bachelor´s dissertation focuses on analysis of traditional restaurants in the centre of Prague. Basic terms of hospitality and tradition are explained in the theoretical part. Then are briefly presented the history of hospitality and special habits and tradition in gastronomy.
