Abstract:
Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá syntézou single source prekurzorov ako organokovových chalkogenidov, ktoré sú použité pre prípravu amorfných chalkogenidových tenkých vrstiev. V experimentálnej časti je popísaná príprava tenkých vrstiev metódou spin coating z roztokov organocíničitých chalkogenidov. Takto pripravené tenké vrstvy sú následne popísané a charakterizované.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the synthesis of single source precursors as organometallic chalcogenides, which are used for preparation of amorphous chalcogenide thin films. In the experimental part, the preparation of thin films by spin coating method from solutions of organotin chalcogenides is described. The films prepared in this way are subsequently described and characterized.
