Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá činností jakuzy po roce 1992, kdy byl zaveden zákon namířený proti skupinám využívající násilí. Tento zákon znamenal přelom v aktivitách a působení jakuzy, neboť zakázal dříve legální činnosti jakuzy, která se tak musela rychle přeorientovat na jiný zdroj příjmů. Abstract:
This thesis explores developments in the business and other activities of the yakuza following the year 1992. Since then, the yakuza have had to contend with event which has had profound effect on their economic environment: the introduction of the bôryokudan countermeasures law (Bôtaihô) in 1992.
