Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá řešením nastavení automatického zásobování materiálem na montážní linku Fiat ve společnosti Kiekert CS, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje základní pojmy a teorii spojenou se zásobováním. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na představení společnosti Kiekert a současného způsobu zásobování materiálem na linku Fiat. Obsahem třetí kapitoly je ABC a XYZ analýza, na kterou navazuje návrh a implementace automatického zásobování. Závěrečná část hodnotí přínosy nově zavedeného systému zásobování.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with adjustments in setting at automatic material supply to the Fiat assembly line in the company Kiekert CS, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter contains some of the basic terms and theory related to supplying. The second chapter is focused on introducing the Kiekert company and the present-day way of supplying material to the Fiat assembly line. The content of the third chapter comprises of the ABC and XYZ analysis, which is the very basis for the improvement proposal for implementing automatic supplies. The final part evaluates the assets of the newly implemented system of supplies.
