Anotace:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rolí farmaceutických reprezentantů v podnikání vybrané farmaceutické společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se skládá z představení farmaceutického průmyslu a charakteristiky podnikání farmaceutických společností. Součástí teoretické části je ale také popis práce farmaceutického reprezentanta, možnosti jeho motivace, hodnocení a vzdělávání. Praktická část je poté věnována farmaceutickým reprezentantům společnosti WÖRWAG. V rámci praktické části jsou provedena dvě dotazníková šetření, a to mezi farmaceutickými reprezentanty i mezi lékaři. Na závěr praktické části jsou navržena doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení pracovního výkonu farmaceutických reprezentantů ve vybrané společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the role of pharmaceutical representatives in the business of a pharmaceutical company. It is categorized into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the pharmaceutical industry as well as the business of pharmaceutical companies and a description of the work of pharmaceutical representatives, their motivation, evaluation and education. The practical part is devoted to the pharmaceutical representatives of WÖRWAG company. Two questionnaires were submitted, one to pharmaceutical representatives and the second to doctors. The final chapter presents recommendations that could lead to an improvement of performance for pharmaceutical representatives in the selected company.
