Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma posouzení viability myokardu za pomocí 18 FDG se dělí na dvě hlavní části. Součástí teoretické části je anatomie, ischemická choroba srdeční, radiofarmaka, přístrojová technika a hlavně vyšetření popisující viabilitu myokardu. Topic of this bachelor thesis the assesment of myocardial viability by using 18 FDG is divided into two main parts. First theoretical part involves anatomy, ischemic heart disease, radiopharmacology, device technology and mainly description of examination the myocardial viability.
