GOVERNMENT FAILURE AND COMPANY RESTRUCTURING IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
Abstract:
Východiskem práce je teoretický výklad podnikové restrukturalizace a vládního selhání. Ná základě podmínek typických pro hospodářství ČR a existujících institucí je podrobněji pojednáno o vhodných možnostech restrukturalizace textilního průmyslu.
Abstract:
In a first step the methods and terms of restructuring theory and government failure are used. Then the theoretical framework is used to demonstrate proper way of company restructuring of the Czech textile industry, according to actual situation in the Czech economy and according to valid support of state institutions which help to develop effective business environment.
