Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje mzdovému účetnictví ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je zhodnocení vedení mzdového účetnictví a zpracování doporučení na základě identifikovaného problému. Pro rozpoznání problému byla použita analýza současného stavu mzdového účetnictví. Výsledkem analýzy byla identifikace problematické oblasti vedení evidence docházky. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with payroll accounting in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the payroll accounting and make recommendations based on the identified issue. To identify the problem, an analysis of the current state of payroll accounting was used. As a result of the analysis, the problem area of attendance record keeping was identified.
