Abstract:

Orgány vysokých škol jsou pilířem akademické samosprávy, jednoho z projevů demokratického státu. Tato práce nejprve mapuje současnou právní úpravu těchto orgánů s akcentováním rozdílů u jednotlivých druhů vysokých škol a rovněž vymezuje působnost orgánů státní správy. Dále pak předkládá případy z praxe, v nichž jsou řešeny specifické otázky předmětné právní úpravy, jakož i reálné interakce mezi jednotlivými orgány vysokých škol a jejich vztahy s orgány státní správy. Součástí práce je průřez problematikou reformy vysokého školství s uvedením pohledu akademických obcí a orgánů reprezentace.

Abstract:

The university bodies as a centre of academic autonomy are one of the attributes of a democratic state. This thesis describes current legislation of the university bodies with emphasizing the differences between university types. The thesis defines the activity of government bodies as well. Next part of the thesis presents the real cases including specific questions of the objective legislation as well as the questions of relationship between university bodies and interaction with government bodies. Finally, the thesis includes the issue of the reform of the universities and higher education.
