Bakalářská práce prozkoumává problematiku pracovního práva, tedy právní úpravu zákoníku práce od historie až po současnost. This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of labor law, especially legal regulations from the history up to the present day. It first gives a general decription of legal regulations with in the Civil Code and of the legal act.
