Abstract:
This thesis deals with the Lisbon Treaty and its impact for Czech companies. The aim is to determine whether the impact is opportunity or threat for businesses. It also includes and explains development and functioning of European institutions after the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty. Special attention has been paid to the practice of lobbying.
