Bullying of teachers by students in secondary schools

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je problematika šikany učitelů ze strany studentů na středních školách. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké následky způsobila u učitelů šikana ze strany studentů a jakým způsobem tuto šikanu učitelé řešili.Diplomová práce je rozdělená do dvou části. Kompilační část je rozdělená na pět kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá definováním pojmu šikana a agrese, klasifikací forem a vývojovými stádii šikany. Další kapitoly se zabývají šikanou zaměřenou na učitele, vztazích mezi učitelem a studentem a zjištěním jaké následky může způsobit šikana. Poslední kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na prevenci a právní ochranu učitelů. Empirická část diplomové práce zahrnuje využití kvalitativní metodologie. Využitou výzkumnou metodou je polostrukturovaný rozhovor. K analýze dat byla zvolena metoda otevřeného a axiálního kódování. Výzkumný vzorek představují učitelé, kteří byli šikanování ze strany svých studentů.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is the issue of the bullying of teachers by the student at secondary schools. The aim of the thesis is to find out what the consequences of the bullying teachers have had on the students and how the bullying teachers dealt with it.The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The compilation part is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of bullying and aggression, the classification of forms and the development stages of bullying. The other chapters deal with teacher-based bullying, teacher-student relationships and the findings of bullying. The last chapters focus on the prevention and legal protection of teachers. The empirical part of the diploma thesis involves the use of qualitative methodology. The research methods used are a semi-structured interview. The method of open and axial coding was chosen for data analysis. The research sample is represented by teachers who have been bullied by their students.
