Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je posouzení vzájemné návaznosti osobní veřejné silniční a železniční dopravy v návaznosti na uživatele. V první části práce jsou vysvětleny základní informace potřebné k pochopení daného tématu. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na analýzu posuzovaného území a vytvoření vlastních návrhu řešení daného problému. Přestupním uzlem pro toto téma bylo vybráno město Znojmo, které patří do Integrovaného dopravního systému Jihomoravského kraje. Hlavním řešeným problémem v tomto přestupním uzlu je železniční doprava, respektive zavedení přímého vlakového spojení ze Znojma do Brna, a tím odlehčení autobusové dopravě. Pomocí vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant, metody TOPSIS dojde k posouzení vhodné železniční tratě, pro zavedení rychlodráhy. Váhy jednotlivých kritérií jsou stanoveny pomocí metody Fullerova trojúhelníku. Z dosažených výsledků je hlavním výstupem práce návrh vedení rychlodráhy ze Znojma do Brna a ulevení veřejné silniční dopravě mezi dvěma největšími městy Jihomoravského kraje a také vytvoření vlakových jízdní řádů s ohlédnutím na stávající autobusové jízdní řády linky č. 108. Počet autobusových spojů linky č. 108 bude zredukován za účelem přesunutí cestovních proudů na železnici.

Abstract:

The main aim of this dessertation thesis is to evaluate the mutual continuity of the passenger public road transport and railway transport in relation to the user. The first part explains the basic information needed to understand the topic. The second part of the work is focused on the analysis of the assessed area and the creation of their own solutions to the problem. The city of Znojmo, which belongs to the Integrated Transport System of the South Moravian Region, was chosen as the interchange point for this topic. The main problem solved in this change juction is the railway transport, respectively the introduction of a direct train connection from Znojmo to Brno and thus the relief of bus transport. By means of multi-criteria evaluation of variants, the TOPSIS method, an assessment of a suitable railway line for the introduction of a fast track is made. The importance of individual criteria are determined using the Fuller triangle method. The main outcome of the work is the proposal of the fast railroad from Znojmo to Brno and the relief of public road transport between the two largest cities in the South Moravian Region and the creation of train schedules taking into account the existing bus schedules of line 108. The number of bus connections of line 108 will be reduced for the purpose of moving the passengers flow to the railway.
