Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na zefektivnění činností pošty Jindřichův Hradec 1. Zabývá se podrobnou analýzou činností současného stavu univerzálních přepážek pošty. Z této analýzy vychází návrhy řešení pro Českou poštu, s. p. pro přizpůsobení se aktuálnímu vývoji v uvedené oblasti.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on streamlining the activities of the post office Jindřichův Hradec 1. It deals with a detailed analysis of the current activities of the universal postal counters. The analysis shall be used to propose solutions for Česká pošta, s. p. in order to adapt to latest developments in this market segment.
