Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a business plan for the foundation of a travel agency. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the explanation of basic concepts of entrepreneurship and the specifics of entrepreneurship in tourism. The second part deals with a business plan structure. In the practical part, there is a specific businnes plan for the establishment of business. This part stresses the analysis of the company and its environment, marketing plan including marketing mix, financial plan, containing detailed analysis of revenues, expenses costs and analysis of break point event.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je tvorba podnikateľského plánu pre založenie cestovnej kancelárie. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá vysvetlením základných pojmov podnikania a špecifík podnikania v cestovnom ruchu, v druhej časti rozoberá štruktúru podnikateľského plánu. V praktickej časti je vytvorený konkrétny podnikateľský plán pre založenie podniku. Pozornosť je venovaná najmä strategickej analýze podniku a jeho prostredia, marketingovému plánu vrátane marketingového mixu a finančnému plánu s podrobným určením tržieb, nákladov, hospodárskeho výsledku a analýzu bodu zvratu.
