Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Sledování strategie růstu a řešení těchto problémů růstu vybrané společnosti“ je identifikovat problémy růstů velkoobchodu s vodními dýmkami a navrhnout jejich řešení. V teoretické častí jsou popsána specifika trhu s vodními dýmkami, problémy MSP a modely růstu podniku. Následně je proveden kvalitativní výzkum, který potvrdí nebo vyvrátí poznatky z teorie. V další častí následuje analýza interních dat společností podle kritérií v časových intervalech. V poslední častí se nachází návrh strategie a její implementace pro zkoumaný podnik.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis " Monitoring the growth strategy and the problem of growth in selected company". The main goal of the work was to identify the problems of the growth of the hookah and accesories wholesaler and to propose their solution. The theoretical part describes the specifics of the hookah market, problems of SMEs and business growth models. Subsequently, qualitative research was carried out, which confirmed or refuted the findings from the theory. In the next section follows the analysis of internal data of companies according to the criterion in time intervals. In the last part of the proposed strategy and its implementation for the investigated enterprise.
