Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Regulace a dohled obchodních bank v EU“ je vypracování přehledu a rozbor současného systému a trendů vývoje regulace a dohledu bank v Evropské unii. Nejprve jsou definovány teoretické poznatky bankovní regulace a dohledu. Na tyto základy navazují konkrétní postupy, které jsou uplatňovány v Evropské unii při tvorbě a prosazování pravidel a jejich dozoru.

The aim of the thesis: “Regulation and supervision of commercial banks in the European Union” is to describe and analyse the current framework and trends in regulation and supervision of the banks in the European Union.
