Abstract:

Předložená práce se věnuje problematice motivace žáků v rámci odborného výcviku. Motivace hraje v edukačním procesu zcela zásadní roli a je na ni nahlíženo jako na hlavní hnací sílu k činnosti jedince. V případě vzdělávání hraje zcela zásadní roli, protože motivovaní žáci většinou dosahují lepších studijních výsledků. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jakou roli hraje motivace při výuce odborných předmětů a jaké zdroje motivace hrají významnou roli. V rámci přípravy práce byl realizován výzkum prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi žáky učebního oboru auto lakýrnictví. Cílem dotazníkového šetření je mimo jiné zjistit vztahy mezi motivací a osobním zájem žáků o daný obor a motivací a osobnost učitele.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of motivation of students in vocational training. Motivation plays a cru-cial role in the educational process and is seen as the main driving force for the individual's activity. In the case of education, it plays an absolutely crucial role because motivated learners usually achieve better academic results. The aim of this study was to find out what role motivation plays in teaching vocational subjects and what sources of motivation play a significant role. In preparation of the thesis, research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among the students of the apprenticeship in the field of auto painting. The aim of the questionnaire survey is, among other things, to find out the relationships between the motivation and personal interest of the pupils in the subject and the motiva-tion and personality of the teacher.
