Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje české generaci Z, jejich správném náboru a faktorům pro ně důležitých. A to pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Nejvíce generace Z používá Instagram a YouTube. Sociální síť LinkedIn tato generace moc nezná. Nejdůležitějšími faktory pro generaci Z jsou, zajímavost práce, flexibilní pracovní doba, kariérní růst, vzdělávání. Generace Z je nejčastěji oslovena na Facebook a Instagramu, které vnímá neutrálně. Nejlepší formou pracovní nabídky je text. Pracovní nabídka má být přátelská, personifikovaná a stručná, důležité je také vykání. Ideální nabídka obsahuje finanční ohodnocení, benefity, náplň práce, kontakty a informace o pracovním prostředí. Vhodným obsahem pro profil podniku dle generace Z je hlavně aktivita podniku a zpětná vazba od podniků, zaměstnanců a bývalých zaměstnanců. Přínosem práce je určení správného postupu náboru generace Z. Limitem je hlavně počet respondentů, malé množství odpovědí pro LinkedIn a množství zkoumaných faktorů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the Czech Generation Z, their right recruitment and factors important for them. This is done through a questionnaire survey. Mostly generation Z uses Instagram and YouTube. This generation is not very familiar with the social media LinkedIn. The most important factors for Generation Z are, interesting work, flexible working hours, career growth, education. Generation Z is most often reached on Facebook and Instagram, which they perceive neutrally. The best form of job offer is text. The job offer should be friendly, personable and concise, formal address is also important. The ideal offer includes salary, benefits, job description, contacts and information about the work environment. Suitable content for a Generation Z company profile is, in general, company activity and feedback from companies, employees and former employees. The contribution of the thesis is to determine the correct recruitment procedure for Generation Z. The limitations are mainly the number of respondents, the small number of responses for LinkedIn and the number of factors examined.
