Synthesis of phosphorus nitrides and study of their stability
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o průběhu termického rozkladu P3N3Cl4(NH2)2 za různých podmínek a produktech, které lze v nejrůznějších fázích zachytit. Produkty těchto rozkladů byly popsány a detekovány pomocí termické analýzy, IR spektroskopie, LDI a MALDI-TOF MS, 31P NMR spektroskopie, GC-MS a ICP-MS.
Abstract:
This work deals with processes of thermal decomposition of P3N3Cl4(NH2)2 in the different conditions. Products of this decompositions were detected and described with help of thermal analysis, IR spectroscopy, LDI and MALDI-TOF MS, 31P NMR spectroscopy, GC-MS and ICP-MS.
