Diet and lifestyle diseases (review study)

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce má název vliv stravy na vznik civilizačních chorob. Je rozdělena na dvě části. Obsahem první poloviny jsou poznatky o stravě. V práci rozděluji kapitoly a v nich podrobně popisuji složky stravy, tedy bílkoviny, tuky, cukry, vitamíny, minerály, vlákninu a cholesterol. Poznatky byly čerpány z bibliografických zdrojů. Dále se zaměřuji na jmenované civilizační choroby. Popisuji příčiny vzniku metabolického syndromu a nejčastější choroby s ním spojené. Zabývám se zde diabetem mellitem, kardiovaskulárními onemocněními a obezitou. Druhá polovina práce je zaměřena na zpracované závěry z přehledových zahraničních studií, které se týkaly daného tématu. Články byly čerpány prostřednictvím webu SCIENCE DIRECT a GOOGLE SCHOLAR. Následně přepracovány tak, aby jim čtenář porozuměl. Druhá část je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol, které se zabývají cukrem a lepkem. Na základě těchto článků bylo zjištěno, že strava, významně cukr a lepek, má velký vliv na vznik civilizačních chorob u populace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is called the influence of food on the emergence of lifestyle diseases. It is divided into two parts. The content of the first half of the findings about diet. At work I divide the chapter and describe in detail the components of the diet, ie proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fiber and cholesterol. The findings were drawn from bibliographic sources. I will focus on the latter diseases of civilization. Describe the causes of metabolic syndrome and diseases frequently associated therewith. I deal with diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and obesity. The second half is focused on processing the conclusions of the surveillance of foreign studies concerning the topic. Articles were drawn by the Web Science Direct and Google Scholar. Subsequently revised to allow the reader understands them. The second part is divided into two main chapters dealing with sugar and gluten. On the basis of these articles it has been found that a diet significantly sugar and gluten, has a great influence on the emergence of lifestyle diseases in the population.
