Diplomová práce se zabývá životním příběhem neúspěšně resocializovaných vězňů. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, přičemž první kapitola je zaměřena na resocializaci, kde jsou charakterizována její východiska, typy odsouzených v procesu resocializace, faktory vyvolávající delikventní chování a dále pak samotná recidiva trestné činnosti. This thesis deals with life stories of unsuccessfully resocialized prison inmates. The theore-tical part is divided into three chapters; the first chapter focuses on resocialization, the cha-racteristics of its resources, the types of convicts in the process of resocialization, the factors causing delinquent behaviour and the criminal recidivism itself.
