Tématem této diplomové práce jsou náležitosti projevu vůle u právních jednání dle nového občanského zákoníku. Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je věnována obecným pojmům a jejich definicím. Je zaměřená především na pojmy právní úkon, právní jednání a na jejich vzájemný vztah. The topic of this thesis is requirements as to expression of will in legal acts according to new civil code. The thesis is divided to four chapters. The first one deals with general terms and their definitions. It is focused especially on terms like legal action and legal acts and their mutual relationship.
