Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je variantní architektonické zpracování fasád a okolí stavby domova pro seniory s pečovatelskou službou a zázemím. Bakalářská práce navazuje na projektovou dokumentaci z ATE_1, ATE_2 a ATE_3 vytvořená podle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb v aktuálním znění. Kompletní projektová dokumentace včetně architektonického bookletu bude v příloze bakalářské práce. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části, a to teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační část. Teorie se zabývá analýzou a sběrem informací pro následné vytvoření aplikační část, ve které se objevují dvě výzkumné otázky. V první výzkumné otázce řeším a vytvářím architektonické varianty areálu stavby, a v druhé architektonické řešení fasád. Obě výzkumné otázky jsou navrženy ve třech variantách v požadované struktuře. Byly vytvořeny základní architektonické situace s jednoduchým popisem. Dále jsem vytvořil realistické vizualizace a jednoduché výkresy použitých skladeb a detailů. V závěru byly všechny varianty zhodnocené v diskuzi výsledků formou dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is a variant architectural treatment of the facades and the surroundings of the building of a home for the elderly with care services and facilities. The bachelor's thesis builds on the project documentation from ATE_1, ATE_2 and ATE_3 created according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation in the current version. The complete project documentation, including the architectural booklet, will be attached to the bachelor's thesis. The work is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical-methodological part and the application part. The theory deals with the analysis and collection of information for the subsequent creation of the application part, in which two research questions appear. In the first research question, I solve and create architectural variants of the construction area, and in the second architectural solution of the facades. Both research questions are proposed in three variants in the required structure. Basic architectural situations were created with a simple description. I also created realistic visualizations and simple drawings of the used compositions and details. In the end, all variants were evaluated in the discussion of the results in the form of a questionnaire survey.
