Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématice pracovního prostředí a jeho budoucí podoby se zaměřením na hybridní model. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the workplace environment, focusing on the hybrid workplace and its advantages and disadvantages. Following up on the theoretical concept, the aim of the thesis is to determine whether this workplace model would be beneficial for the chosen company.
