Abstract:
Cílem práce je hodnocení dlouhodobého stavu finanční výkonnosti zvoleného podniku, popis způsobu jak využívá cizí/alternativní finanční zdroje a návrh jak se ve financování podniku bez těchto zdrojů obejít. Teoretická část se věnuje obecnou charakteristikou cizích zdrojů, kapitálové struktuře, vymezuje pojem výkonnosti a popisuje metody finanční a fundamentální analýzy. Praktická část pak aplikuje …more
