Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá měřením blízkého bodu konvergence metodou světelného pera. V teoretické části jsou prvně popsány oční pohyby obecně. V této kapitole jsou uvedeny pohyby monokulární i binokulární, stejnosměrné i protichůdné. V další části se práce zaměřuje na celý vergenční systém, jehož funkci zajišťují okohybné svaly. Poté jsou uvedeny binokulární poruchy a jejich rozdělení. Druhá polovina teoretické části diplomové práce je věnována konvergenci. Jsou uvedeny pojmy související s konvergencí a její rozdělení. Hlavní kapitolou je měření blízkého bodu konvergence, kde jsou uvedeny i možné modifikace. Poslední kapitola souvisí s výzkumnou částí a zabývá se binokulární anomálií insuficiencí konvergence. Výzkumná část diplomové práce se věnuje měření insuficience konvergence u studentů vysokých škol. Jsou uvedeny základní informace k výzkumu jako popis zkoumaného souboru, metodika výzkumu, pracovní hypotézy a cíle. Výsledky jsou zpracovány popisnými statistikami a vyhodnocením nálezu klinických znaků. V diskusi jsou uvedeny dvě studie, které se zabývaly výskytem binokulárních poruch včetně insuficience konvergence též u studentů vysokých škol.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the measurement of the near convergence point by the light pen method. The theoretical part first describes eye movements in general. In this chapter, both monocular and binocular in the same direction and opposite movements are presented. In the next part, the work focuses on the entire vergence system, the function of which is ensured by the eye-moving muscles. Then, binocular disorders and their distribution are presented. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is devoted to convergence. Terms related to convergence and its distribution are presented. The main chapter is the measurement of the near convergence point, where the possible modifications are also mentioned. The last chapter is related to the research part and deals with the binocular anomaly of convergence insufficiency. The research part of the diploma thesis is devoted to measuring the insufficiency of convergence in university students. Basic information about the research is given, such as a description of the researched group, research methodology, working hypotheses and research goals. The results are processed by descriptive statistics and evaluation of the finding of clinical signs. The discussion presents two studies that dealt with the occurrence of binocular disorders, including convergence insufficiency, also in university students.
