Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce si za svůj cíl stanovila seznámení se s tématem historie Úmluvy o právech dítěte, její aplikace v České republice, konkrétního způsobu ochrany dětských práv v ČR, problémem týraných, zneužívaných a zanedbávaných dětí, shrnutím jedné z forem aplikace - školského systému v České republice.
Abstract:
The following Bachelor's Degree thesis essay subjects on history of Convention on the Rights of Child, is't application in the Czech Republic, the way mentioned rights are followed in the Czech Republic, question of children abusement and, as a major topic - education system in the Czech Republic.
