Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá zájem o další vzdělávání u dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných osob se základním vzděláním ve vybraném regionu Kroměříž. Teoretická část vymezuje hlavní pojmy jako je nezaměstnanost, úřad práce a trh práce. Důraz je kladen na další profesní vzdělávání, motivaci a bariéry k dalšímu vzdělávání. This bachelor thesis looks at the problematics of long - term unemployed people with only elementary education in the area of Kroměříž. Its theoretical part explains basic terms such as unemployment, the uemployment department and labor market.
