Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem motivace dobrovolníků v Oblastní charitě Znojmo. Vycházela jsem z terénního výzkumu, dále odborných publikací a časopisů. Cílem práce je zjistit důvody vykonávání nezištné pomoci. My bachelor work is focused on topic the motivations of volunteers in Charity Znojmo. I came out from my field research, scientifical publications a magazines. The aim of this work is to find out the motivations of non-profit working.
