Abstract:

Předložená disertační práce se zabývá uchopením konceptu sociálního podnikání společně s konceptem udržitelného rozvoje. Tím přináší ucelený pohled nejenom na sociální podnikání, ale pohlíží na něj i optikou udržitelného rozvoje. V práci je využit design smíšeného výzkumu, při kterém je kombinován kvalitativní a kvantitativní přístup k výzkumu. Zpočátku je soustředěna pozornost na zpracování teoretické části práce. První kapitola je tak věnována vymezení teoretických východisek k problematice udržitelného rozvoje s vazbou na udržitelné a sociální podnikání. V druhé kapitole je vymezena oblast sociální ekonomiky, která představuje teoretický základ pro oblast sociálního podnikání. Obsahem třetí kapitoly je vymezení koncepce sociálního podnikání, kde je v rámci podkapitol pohlíženo na vývoj zkoumané oblasti, její legislativní vymezení a podporu. Současně jsou ukotveny pojmy jako sociální podnikání, sociální podnikatel, sociální podnik a integrační sociální podnik. Následně je provedena i systematická literární rešerše, která se zaměřuje na integrační sociální podnikání a je tak možné identifikovat stěžejní oblasti zájmu spojené s tímto konceptem. Na základě ukotvení teoretické koncepce je následující čtvrtá kapitola věnována představení metodiky výzkumu, kde je představen design výzkumu, metodika zpracování empirické části práce a etika výzkumu. Obsahem páté kapitoly je představení výstupů analýzy sekundárních dat z vlastní vytvořené databáze českých integračních sociálních podniků. V šesté kapitole jsou představeny výsledky dotazníkového šetření se zaměřením na veřejnost a její povědomí o sociálním podnikání. A následující sedmá kapitola představuje výstupy řízených rozhovorů se zástupci 7 českých integračních sociálních podniků. Předchozí výstupy doplňuje kapitola osmá, ve které je zpracována deskriptivní případová studie demonstrující příklad dobré praxe realizace aktivit v oblasti integračního sociálního podnikání. Devátá kapitola shrnuje v katalogu rizik identifikované faktory, které mohou ohrozit existenci a další směřování integračního sociálního podniku. Poslední desátá kapitola se soustředí na diskusi o výstupech provedeného výzkumu. Jsou zde identifikovány možné směry budoucího vědeckého bádání a zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis deals with the concept of social entrepreneurship in common with the topic of sustainable development. In this way, it not only brings a comprehensive view of social entrepreneurship, but it also looks at it through the lens of sustainable development. In thesis, a type of mixed research is used, in which a qualitative and quantitative approach is combined. At the beginning, the attention is focused on processing the theoretical part of the work. The first chapter is devoted to the definition of theoretical starting points for the issue of sustainable development with a link to sustainable and social entrepreneurship. In the second chapter, the field of social economy is defined, which represents the theoretical basis for the field of social entrepreneurship. The third part deals with the definition of the concept of social entrepreneurship, where the development of the researched area, its legislative definition, and support is considered within the subchapters. At the same time, terms such as social entrepreneurship, social entrepreneur, social enterprise and work integration social enterprise are anchored. Subsequently, a systematic literature review is also performed, which focuses on work integration social enterprise and it is possible to identify the core areas of interest associated with this topic. Based on the anchoring of the theoretical concept, the fourth chapter follows, which is dedicated to the presentation of the research methodology. The research design, the methodology of processing the empirical part of the research, statistical methods, and research ethics are introduced here. The content of the fifth chapter is the presentation of the outputs of the secondary data analysis from the self-created database of Czech work integration social enterprises. In the sixth chapter, results of a questionnaire survey focusing on the public, and its awareness about social entrepreneurship are presented. The following seventh chapter summarizes the outputs of structured interviews with representatives of 7 Czech integration social enterprises. The previous outputs are complemented by chapter eight, in which a descriptive study demonstrating an example of best practice in the implementation of activities in the field of work integration social entrepreneurship is processed. The ninth chapter sums up the factors identified in the catalog of risks that may threaten the existence and further direction of the work integration social enterprise. The last tenth chapter focuses on the discussion of the performed research results. Possible directions for future research and answered research questions are identified here.
